TensionLog - The DBT tension diary

Keeping a record of your stress and tension levels is part of the DBT therapy.

Usually this is done with pen and paper but that requires you to carry both with you all the time. This app is simply intended to replace the pen and paper by allowing you to record your stress levels whenever you want using your phone.
